추운 날 생각나는 뜨끈뜨끈한 국물
맑은순두부찌개
순두부 300g, 굴 200g, 무 1토막(3cm) 새우젓 1큰술, 고추 1개, 쪽파 3줄기, 물 3~4컵, 소금 약간
1. 해동한 굴은 옅은 소금물에 2~3회 헹군 뒤 물기를 뺀다.
2. 무는 얇게 나박 썰고, 실파는 4cm길이로, 고추는 어슷하게 썬다.
3. 냄비에 물 3~4컵에 다시마를 30분 정도 담가 우려낸 뒤 무를 넣고 끓인다.
4. 물이 끓기 시작하면 다시마를 건져내고 약불에서 무를 충분히 익힌다.
5. 3에 순두부와 굴을 넣어 한소끔 끓인다.
6. 파, 고추를 넣고 새우젓과 소금으로 간을 맞춰 불을 끈다.
